Representation of reports
Reports are represented only in the form of files in format Microsoft Word, a name of a file - a surname of the author.
File with the instruction on preparation in format Microsoft Word
Files of reports are sent to address of Organizing committee of conferences or by mail on a diskette 3,5 \ ", 1.44, or by e-mail as the attached files.
Format of reports
Reports of two categories are accepted:- Plenary reports (up to 8 pages of format À5)
- Bench reports (2 pages of format À5)
- Format À5, font Times New Roman-10, through 1 interval, 67 signs in line.
- All figures and schemes(plans) should be grouped.
- For complex(difficult) figures it is desirable to send a printed variant.
On the first page there should be a following information:
The first line: UDC, the name of conference, the name of section, the name of the report;
The second line: ÔÈÎ authors, a scientific degree, an academic status;
The third line: the name of the organization, the address of the author, phone, a fax, an e-mail address of the author.
Each report presented in Russian, should be accompanied necessarily by theses in English in volume of 1/2 pages, including heading and data on authors.
Materials of conference ICAIS-07 will be published in Russian. Correspondence participation in conference - only the publication of reports Is supposed.
Reports of the participants who have paid an organizational payment till June, 15th, 2007 , at the rate of 1 payment - 1 report will be published only.
