Conference of students, post-graduate students and young scientists "Technologies Microsoft in the theory and practice of programming "

Conference covers the broad audience of the questions connected with use of technologies Microsoft in various student's projects. Carrying out of similar conferences (with the general(common) name and the coordinated(agreeed) subjects) also in other Federal Districts Is supposed. We hope, this action will be interesting and useful for the broad audience of the students, engaged cybernetics, programming and information technologies.

Conferences will be organized since March, 2004 under the initiative and at support of Representation Microsoft in Russia at support of the Ministry of Education and a science of the Russian Federation and passed(took place) in Moscow, Novosibirsk, Nizhni Novgorod and St.-Petersburg

The purpose of conferences and competitions of program projects passed(taken place) in their frameworks is support of scientific researches of students in the field of computer science and studying of modern information technologies by them and software, and also revealing of talented young experts in the field of development of program systems and assistance to their preparation for work in professional programmer collectives. Conferences have been supported(maintained) by companies Autodesk, Intel, Motorola, " Kaspersky's Laboratory ", etc.

In 2005 holding conferences have passed(have taken place) on the basis of the Moscow state technical university it(him). N.E.Baumana, Novosibirsk state university and the St.-Petersburg state polytechnical university. On them was present more than 1000 students, about 500 authors have presented the works.
